Della Ratta Incorporated Commercial Management Co. was established in January 1970 as the building arm of a development team with the primary objective of creating long-term, income-producing property ownerships. Della Ratta, Inc. employs staff architects, engineers and financial professionals to take projects from the initial ground acquisition through planning and zoning, design control, construction and marketing processes to create over 40 income-producing properties, 17 of which are still owned and operated.
